Qualification

Required

Ability to travel 50 – 75% required
Prior industrial or military experience is essential
Robust knowledge of European and Nordic defence industrial landscape and procurement processes

Preferred

Ability to obtain and hold a government security clearance
Experience with complex systems involving hardware and software
Experience with Nordic government contract structures and proposal processes
Experience managing complex technical government projects a plus
Familiarity with enterprise AI and autonomous systems a plus
Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in a complex environment
STEM degree a plus
