Responsibilities

Lead and support the Accounts Receivable team in daily operations

Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances

Oversee customer communications related to billing, payments, and collections

Analyze AR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations to align on account status and resolutions

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
