Customer Service Representative/Bilingual Spanish
Kane's Furniture is seeking talented Customer Service Representatives who are key contributors to the success of their showrooms. The role involves handling customer inquiries, payments, and maintaining accurate records while providing excellent service in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
Prompt recognition of internal and external customers
Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone
Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision
Follows up with customers in a timely fashion
Handles payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines
Maintain accurate records by utilizing all available technology
Executing the clerical service functions to include scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering
Update and maintain all customer service reports and records
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in a similar role
Demonstrable track record of strong customer service acumen
Confident, positive, and professional demeanor
Ability to handle customer inquiries and payments
Steady job history
Ability to work part time with a schedule depending on business needs
Availability for some weekend and evening hours
