Director/ExecutiveMilestones Moments is a rapidly growing organization that is passionate and mission-driven. They are seeking a high-level operator to serve as the founder’s execution partner, overseeing operations and executing high-priority initiatives across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
Oversee operations across multiple sites and new clinic buildouts
Turn broad ideas into structured plans, timelines, and finished results
Work directly with the founder to execute high-priority initiatives
Identify operational gaps and implement systems, processes, and accountability
Manage cross-functional projects (HR, scheduling, hiring, marketing, family services, etc.)
Coordinate between field teams, clinicians, and leadership
Ensure operational excellence as we scale across Georgia and beyond
Qualification
Required
Strong operational leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to own projects from start to finish
Comfort with ambiguity — and turning chaos into structure
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, ABA, multi-site operations, or fast-growth environments is a plus
