Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the Beverage business unit to understand projected Customer demand and partnering with Suppliers, Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs) and internal teams to ensure efficient continuity of Supply
The selected candidate will also ensure we manage inventory by utilizing our internal processes to right-size our safety stocks inventory and work with our Commercial, Finance and Operations colleagues to productively reduce our Stock At Risk inventory
The successful candidate will also partner with our supply network partners to support the growth of our business

The candidate will manage site end to end supply chain and drive strategy for the plant as well as the supply chain function. This includes warehouse and supply planning functions as part of the responsibility of management and execution
Lead with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset, ensuring that all activities on site are completed in-line with Kerry’s Quality and Safety policies
Collaborate with Demand Planners to ensure best visibility of projected Customer demand
Accountability that supply plans are in place to maintain service and agreed safety stock levels including scheduling of production of activities, stocks, capacity and raw materials
Oversee the shipment of orders to meet our customer’s requested delivery dates and report on orders which have failed to reach the Customer On-Time and In-Full
Partner closely with our Customer Care teams to ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to our customers
Manage our Stock-At-Risk inventory Control Tower, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Operations colleagues to productively reduce our Stock At Risk inventory

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is required
5 Years' experience in Supply Chain Planning or analysis
Relevant Supply Chain degree. Bachelors required Masters preferred
Experience leading Teams
Good experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proficiency in SAP (especially SAP-APO)
Experience of managing process and people improvement
Establishing/demonstrating/reviewing K.P.I's to meet operational needs through effective collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of information
Budgetary control
Willingness to dive into problems to deliver a successful outcome and establishing a sustainable way of working for future issues
