Compensation Analyst - Human Resources
Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region. As the Compensation Analyst, you will work on compensation related projects and serve as a resource on day-to-day issues related to compensation practices and policies.

Work on compensation related projects
Serve as a resource on day-to-day issues related to compensation practices, policies, and improvement initiatives
Lead efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's compensation program
Evaluate new and current positions
Assign appropriate compensation levels
Administer grade and pay changes for management, clinical, and technical jobs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources related experience to include experience implementing and administering organization wide compensation programs, policies, and practices
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Accounting/Finance
Master's degree
