Previous experience implementing and operating laser diagnostics in a laboratory or industrial setting
Experience with data analysis software
Good written and verbal communication skills (as evidenced by experience writing papers and presenting at conferences)
Citizenship: LPR or U.S. Citizen
Degree: Doctoral Degree

Experience forming hypotheses from experimental observations
