They are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to prepare and file NIV applications, compile case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation under attorney supervision.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program

5+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment

Knowledge of the NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) process

Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently toward team goals

Outstanding organizational skills are required

Be able to multitask and work independently toward team goals

Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
