The Manager in Technology Enablement will be responsible for advising clients on operational efficiencies and supporting the Financial Services practice through various analytics-related projects.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models around Asset Management

Conduct current state assessments for Data & Analytics projects, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models

Assist KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations

Support business development and go to market teams

Support broader Financial Services practice on analytics related projects

Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems within an advisory firm

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university

Experience with Python, SQL, data modeling, data analysis and visualizations

Strong background working in as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of Asset Management

Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations

Travel as necessary, 4 days per week at local client site

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
