They are seeking a Founding Recruiter to build their hiring engine, working closely with the CEO and founding team to source and evaluate top talent across various roles while defining the hiring processes and culture.

Responsibilities
Driving full-cycle recruiting across technical, operational, and GTM roles
Leading top of funnel sourcing for legal operations staff as we brace for scale
Partnering with founders on org design, headcount planning, and hiring bar calibration
Creating scalable systems for sourcing, interviewing, and closing top candidates
Designing a distinctive candidate experience that reflects our culture and values
Owning our employer brand, pitch, and messaging across channels
Building structure with the tools we have now (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets) and evolving our stack as we grow
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
Hired across technical and non-technical roles with both speed and quality
Compelling communicator and confident closer who can win the best candidates
Deeply organized and can juggle multiple searches with clarity and precision
Experience building from scratch and love creating systems that scale
Care about mission, bar, and long-term impact
