Responsibilities
Lead a team of .NET MVC and MAUI developers building Azure-hosted SaaS products
Collect feature requests and feedback from customer service, sales, and key clients
Collaborate with senior architects to refine requirements and technical direction
Create, prioritize, and assign tasks in Jira; track progress and remove blockers
Enforce code review workflows (peer review followed by team lead review)
Test completed features to ensure functional and UX requirements are met
Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releases
Evaluate staffing needs, collaborate with internal recruiters, and support hiring
Drive product improvements to stay competitive and aligned with market needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
6–10 years of software development or engineering leadership experience
Strong background in C# .NET, MVC architecture, and Azure cloud services
Experience managing or building MAUI or cross-platform mobile applications
Proven ability to manage backlogs, Jira workflows, and release schedules
Strong understanding of code quality, peer review processes, and SDLC
Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, support, dev, DevOps)
Strategic mindset with ability to shape product direction and team structure
