Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories
Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—including trim, moldings, and finishes
Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs
Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines
Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready
Qualification
Required
2-5 years carpentry and maintenance experience required
Experience working with customers providing excellent customer service
Great communication and ability to conduct training programs
Preferred
Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation
