Tier 2 Systems Administrator
W3Global is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Administrator to provide technical support and troubleshooting in a secure government environment. This role involves direct and remote support of users, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring system reliability while also mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, networks, and system hardware and software
Apply diagnostic techniques to identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems
Deliver remote support using desktop mirroring and other access tools for global sites
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues involving cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications
Document technical actions, resolutions, and escalations in accordance with established procedures
Collaborate with Tier 2 and higher-level teams to resolve complex issues and maintain service quality
Coach or provide guidance to less-experienced technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph (required)
High School Diploma or GED with 15 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience
Certifications (DoD 8570 IAT Level I): CompTIA A+ CE or CompTIA Network+ CE
Strong hands-on experience with: Hardware installation and maintenance, Remote desktop and remote assistance tools, Windows and network troubleshooting
Preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in classified or DoD IT environments
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills
