Responsibilities

Daily management and training of web producers, web reporters and social media producers in the local newsroom and across the bureaus
Partner with senior newsroom leadership to oversee and improve the daily packaging of all digital editorial content published and distributed across the WDVM/WDVW sites and media platforms
Increase user interactivity and traffic, particularly in-DMA users
Grow distribution platforms to maximize readership
Create content for other digital platforms, such as CCTV and social media
