They are seeking an IT Technician to provide high-quality service through equipment setups, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various devices while supporting clients in the Magic Valley Area.

Responsibilities
Computer and server setups and installations
Assisting customers with hardware and software, including Microsoft software and operating systems
Diagnose hardware and software issues with Microsoft Windows computers
Document calls and their resolution in our ticketing system
Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues
Install networking equipment, including switches, firewalls, and access points
Work within a team of likeminded professionals
Interact with our customers in a positive and professional manner
Drive a company-provided vehicle stocked with the tools and parts you need to be effective at your job
Put your interest in technology and problem-solving skills to use every day
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common IT tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and positively as part of a team
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, proof of a current, unrestricted driver's license for the state in which the job is located
Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance
Preferred
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network + or Microsoft are a plus
Knowledge and use of IT ticketing systems, such as ConnectWise Manage, is a plus
