Play a key role in litigation matters
Engage with substantial client interaction and opposing counsel

Required

Juris Doctor
Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice
Candidates must possess +2 years of Workplace Safety experience either at a firm or government agency
Excellent analytical and writing skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Passion for client service and practice development

Preferred

Cal-OSHA experience preferred
Industry-specific experience in construction, oil & gas, refinery, agriculture, etc. will also be considered
