Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth in stores throughout the assigned district
Have full accountability for the key financial results of the district
Lead and develop the store management teams within the district
Build an independent, high-performing team that is dedicated to achieving results and supporting agency strategies
Set the tone and maintain the culture of the PLCB, inspiring employees and showing dedication to customers
Qualification
Required
One year as a State Liquor Store Administrator 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Two years as a State Liquor Store Administrator 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Seven years of retail store experience at the manager or assistant manager level which includes administrative and management experience involving the review, analysis, and implementation of procedures, policies, and directives; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes administrative and management experience involving the review, analysis, and implementation of procedures, policies, and directives
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
