Responsibilities
Using AutoCAD, must be able to produce and maintain multiple projects at one time
Maximize team productivity and deliver professional integrity
May be asked to review and approve the work of third-party design consultants
Present work in a manner to ensure satisfaction or make revisions as necessary
Knowledge in all of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
Perform a variety of tasks and offer extensive problem-solving skill-set
Ensure architectural work is completed on time
Maintain CAD standards and specifications
Knowledge of code compliance in all jurisdictions; city, county, state, international
Prepare CAD drawing for submittals, permit approvals, field change orders, construction documents
File management
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum Two (2) years of experience in drafting/design for high-volume production homebuilding operation
Associate's degree or higher in Architecture, Drafting/Design or related discipline
Valid driver's license
Intermediate to advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to perform accurate, consistent and detail-oriented work with simultaneously deadlines
Must be highly motivated
Must be able to handle constructive feedback and work in a team environment
skilled in AutoCAD and Revit software
working knowledge of Single Family and Multi Family Residential construction
Using AutoCAD, must be able to produce and maintain multiple projects at one time

Two(2) – four(4) years AutoCAD (or higher) experience in Architectural discipline preferred
