The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering questions, and guiding them through their truck upfitting and off-road needs.

Responsibilities
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre and post-sales support
Processing orders from ecommerce website, phone, and emails
Maintaining working knowledge of products, and order fulfillment policies and procedures
Responding to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chat
Updating customer records in the company database
Performing other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
Ability to quickly learn new technologies including CRM, POS, and web based systems
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and multitasking
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Good team worker
Must be detail oriented and responsible
Must have ability to accept constructive feedback
Preferred
Passion and knowledge of the automotive and off-road industries
Experience with BigCommerce
