Responsibilities

Building strong local relationships and in-person relationship building in the community

Connecting members of their local communities with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs, including Auto, Home, and Life products from top national and regional carriers

Providing uncapped pay including base salary and bonuses, with renewal commissions providing opportunity to increase earnings each year

Receiving paid training (including licensing training) and mentorships for career goals

Earning commission for leads even if other team members close the deals

Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base

Preferred

Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers

A state insurance license—or willing to obtain prior to starting in Property & Casualty, and Life
