They are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to coordinate and support their global sales team, overseeing training programs and ensuring new employees are properly trained.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support our global sales team
Scheduling and overseeing all training programs
Identifying training needs
Ensuring new employees receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully
Understanding our company objectives and suggesting ideas to achieve them through sales enablement/training
Combining excellent organization skills with an ability to interact with team members and motivate them to succeed
Ensuring our sales team is fully educated to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
