They are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to oversee site/civil engineering projects, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor staff while working with clients and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

Managing site/civil engineering projects from initial scoping through design, permitting, and construction support

Developing project scopes, contracts, schedules, and budget

Overseeing and mentoring engineering staff and coordinating multi-disciplinary team

Preparing and reviewing site designs including layout, grading, utilities, erosion & sediment control, and site details

Designing stormwater management systems

Coordinating with municipal staff and attending Town/City Commission meetings

Participating in field meetings and site visits

Assisting with report preparation and local/state permit applications

Supporting business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships
