Responsibilities

Provide AutoCAD design and drafting support for civil site development projects
Drafting site development plans
Include the site geometry, utility, erosion and sediment control, grading/drainage plans, and other details to meet client and CEI standards
Research and review deeds, ordinances, technical reports, and municipal, state, and federal codes to ensure compliance
Analyzing surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify potential project constraints
Collaborate with project managers and design staff to provide status updates, discuss challenges, and address plan revisions
Apply redlines and plan revisions in the drawings

Qualification

AutoCADCAD design experienceAutoCAD Civil 3DTroubleshooting skillsDetail-oriented

Required

A one-year college or technical school CAD certificate or an equivalent combination of training and experience
1+ years of CAD design experience
High proficiency with AutoCAD
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to occasionally travel overnight

Preferred

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
