Responsibilities

Assist with Engagement Management Lifecycle communications to the Business Unit (BU) and liaising with the EMLC Champion network and monitoring/communication to the BU Leaders
Conduct review of engagement economic plans, month end closes, and pre-plans and assist with contract management, including working with EMCs and F&A to assist with hard-close, review of investment balances, cash campaign and requests from F&A leadership
Help with Portfolio Management and other strategic pricing initiatives
Provide support with driving integration, engagement and connection within the BU and liaise with councils and BU networks and assist with Employee Engagement budget allocations and tracking actuals vs budget
Assist with other responsibilities such as deck preparation and logistics for BU meetings, reporting based on BU leader requests, and other dd hoc requests and assistance from BU
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum five years of recent experience in business operations, including roles in accounting, finance, or resource management
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); basic knowledge of tools such as PBI, Alteryx, and more
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to drive efficiencies and enhance productivity
Proactive in identifying opportunities to standardize processes and implement best practices
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
