Responsibilities

Providing responsive service and building strong customer relationships with an emphasis on commercial excellence

Entering accurate orders, proactively solving problems, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams (operations, shipping, credit, metallurgy)

Coordinating efforts to resolve claims with customers, metallurgists, sales, and accounts receivable teams. Working with field claim buyers to resell claimed material while maximizing profitability

Managing inventory levels and collaborating with the scheduler to ensure efficient production

Serving as the main point of contact for customers and handling various aspects of customer accounts. Assisting in all functions of customer service as needed, including providing support to other commercial team members when required
