Responsibilities
Provide IT support and maintenance for Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS); Pricing Cloud Service (PCS); Internal and External Order Management Portals Special Order Portal (SO); Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC OM); Internal and External Licensee Online Ordering Portal (LOOP); and AppWorx/ESS/OIC/POM Job Manager
Analyze business requirements and develop detailed functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflow (RICEW) objects
Monitor daily scheduled interfaces to and from application systems
Develop and execute unit integration and user acceptance testing
Develop test scripts
Qualification
Required
One year as an Information Technology Generalist 1, Applications Developer 1, or Network Specialist 1; or
Four years of information technology experience that includes one year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services; or
Two years of information technology experience that includes one year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or
A bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
