Close sales and maintain a long-term relationship with the brokerage
Utilize the lead system to stay booked with clients

Benefits
80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years,100% commission after an $18,000 cap
After 3 years, you keep 100% commission for your own leads after a $5,000 cap
50/50 split on company-provided leads
