Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and technical environments
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery
Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate solutions, resolve issues, and recommend upgrades or improvements
Advocate for your clients within VeraPro, ensuring their needs and priorities are addressed quickly and effectively
Act as a trusted advisor, positioning VeraPro as their go-to IT partner
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed revenue targets
Represent VeraPro at networking events, conferences, and community engagements to expand brand presence
Follow up on leads, referrals, and inbound opportunities to grow your portfolio
Develop a strong understanding of VeraPro’s service offerings, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and managed IT services
Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to uncover challenges and design tailored IT solutions
Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to build proposals that align with client goals and budgets
Present solutions that clearly communicate value, ROI, and deliverables
Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts with accurate pricing and timelines
Maintain opportunities and communications within CRM systems
Provide regular forecasts and updates to leadership
Partner with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Share client insights to help refine service offerings and improve the overall customer experience
Stay current on emerging technologies and MSP industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or consulting (preferably in an MSP environment)
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Strong documentation and follow-up discipline
