Responsibilities
Assist in the set-up, cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the driving range
Assist in the prep and maintenance of the golf cart fleet, on a daily basis
Assist in the set-up, maintenance and breakdown of the golf cart staging area
Approach all encounters with Club Members, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner
Respect all Members privacy, perspective, priorities, time and resources
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
One to two years' experience in customer service
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings as required
Valid Class D Driver's License
Clean driving record
Preferred
Knowledge of golf is preferred, not required
