Experienced Business Development Representative (BDR)

Anyday® is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow Midday, their subscription-based WebOps company. The main focus of this role is outbound prospecting to build relationships with marketing leaders and book qualified calls for the leadership team.

Responsibilities

Own daily outbound outreach: 100 – 200 high touches per day (email + LinkedIn)
Hit monthly targets: minimum of 20 qualified meetings booked
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Work closely with leadership to refine ICP targeting and outreach strategy
Provide feedback on campaigns to continuously improve response rates

Required

3+ years in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
Experience with B2B services or digital agencies a plus
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or Smartlead
Strong written communication skills (clear, professional, and concise)
Driven, consistent, and comfortable with a high-volume outreach role
