Responsibilities

Manage monthly closings and prepare consolidated financial reports for multiple entities
Lead year-end audits and collaborate with external accountants
Oversee fixed asset accounting and assist with corporate and partnership tax compliance
Prepare budgets, projections, and quarterly income estimates for shareholder distributions
Ensure timely filing of sales and property tax returns
Support leadership with board presentations and special projects
Implement and improve internal financial controls

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 7+ years of experience
Strong tax compliance background; real estate experience a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Yardi and Sage FAS is a bonus
Hands-on, proactive team player with a strong work ethic

Preferred

CPA preferred (not required)
