Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated marketing outputs for accuracy, insightfulness, and domain reasoning
Annotate and validate marketing datasets to improve AI model training
Review campaign-related model responses (copy, strategy, segmentation logic, performance insights)
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to refine model behavior for real-world marketing applications
Bring industry knowledge around current tools, channels, metrics, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data/Analytics, or related fields
7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or a closely related domain
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, measurement frameworks, analytics tools, and channel strategy
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide structured reasoning
Preferred
Experience with CRM, AdTech, MarTech, or performance platforms (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, SFMC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Adobe, etc.)
Exposure to AI/ML workflows (prompt design, model evaluation, annotation)
