Customer Service Associate / Receptionist
Southwestern Insurance Group is a fast-growing personal lines insurance agency making a significant impact across Tennessee. They are seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Associate to manage client interactions, assist with inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
Answer client phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, addressing client inquiries or routing calls to the appropriate team members
Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage office calendars
Assist clients with basic inquiries about services, policies, and account details
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and streamline processes
Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission of excellent service
Qualification
Required
1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role
Willingness to get your Property & Casualty License within your first 4-6 months - We pay for the prep and the exam
High School diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
A positive, professional attitude with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and maintain composure under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a strong sense of urgency
