The Navy Exchange Service Command is dedicated to serving the men and women of the military and their families. They are seeking a personable Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and maintain store operations.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs

Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service

Maintains store appearance

Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer

Required

Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties
