Responsibilities

Provide timely Level1 technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring minimal downtime
Develop a deep understanding of enterprise applications such as HubSpot, Ramp, Kyriba, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday and other financial platforms
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions
Be part of the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems including Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and financial applications
Research and apply AI technologies to automate workflows and enhance business processes
Implement secure and scalable solutions for connecting applications across on-premises and cloud environments
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT) to understand business needs and deliver solutions
Understand business challenges, prioritize them based on impact and value, and propose effective technical solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and performance of solutions
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency

Required

2–3 years of experience in application maintenance, project management, integration, or enterprise systems
Strong understanding of business process optimization, systems integration, and cloud technologies
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (JIRA)
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HR and financial systems
Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in business workflows
Knowledge with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI)
Knowledge with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions under tight deadlines
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Understanding security best practices for integration and data handling
