Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory and sales/account plans that deliver sales results and client satisfaction
Listen to clients, discuss today’s challenges and evolving needs with compelling, comprehensive solutions
Invest in and have a keen awareness of developing consultative and engineering/surveying/environmental technologies and solutions
Engage with the industry and with clients to effectively represent Ulteig, enhance Ulteig’s reputation, and build high-impact and influential relationships with new and current clients
Identify, develop, and convert opportunities with new and existing clients within the survey and environmental markets
Develop and execute territory and business development plans based on the client's immediate and long-term challenges and needs
Partner internally on key, complex projects and, as needed, provides key project oversight
Lead through influence across the organization, working closely with finance, technical, field, and market development team members
Partner across the organization (Client Solutions, Marketing, Proposals, Project Management, Engineering/Operations, Finance, Legal) to pursue, propose, and win business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Finance degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, client management, and project development required
Experience in selling to clients needing field services
Proven experience in proposal development
Strong business acumen: strategic partnerships, innovation, project management, proposals, business development
Strong reputation in the energy markets, speaking and thought leadership experience at industry events, and solid working relationships with clients
Demonstrated business development results and success
Highly motivated and results-driven
Demonstrates ability to influence and collaborate with individuals at all levels in the organization
Ability to travel up to 50%
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with current and potential clients and internal colleagues
Possesses well-rounded knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of associated industries
Demonstrates excellent facilitation, presentation, verbal/written communications, time-management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Demonstrates the ability to be organized, work on multiple projects, and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects
Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
