Responsibilities
Design the vision & strategy for Harri’s B2B2C consumer marketplace
Identify what matters most to frontline workers — across finance, lifestyle, learning, wellbeing, mobility, travel, and CPG
Build partnership models with leading brands and platforms
Develop pricing, positioning, and monetization strategies
Craft a digital customer journey that feels modern and fun
Use data & experimentation to optimize conversion and engagement
Champion the “frontline consumer voice” across the business
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Client Success & Exec teams
Build the foundations of a scaled consumer revenue channel
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in marketplace, growth, partnerships, fintech, consumer apps, gig-economy platforms, neobanks, BNPL, loyalty, or youth-market brands
Launched or scaled digital consumer propositions
Fluent in data-driven experimentation
Understand how young, hourly-paid consumers think & behave
Know how to marry brand experience with commercial outcomes
Love testing ideas, iterating, and learning from real-world behavior
Thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
Communicate with clarity, optimism, and creativity
