Responsibilities
Updating customer-facing webpages (html, css, php)
Maintaining and updating php functions used by webpages
Includes queries to SQL database (mysql)
Maintaining and updating small javascript/react webpages
Complete Admin system data management (Creating new products, prices, skus, etc.)
Basic video editing (removing sections and re-exporting)
Basic image manipulation (cropping, resizing)
Troubleshooting and responding to internal and customer tech support requests via email
Qualification
Required
Needs to know HTML and CSS
Able to learn PHP, SQL (mysql), and javascript
At least 2 years related experience and/or training
Experience with personal computer equipment
Advanced personal computer word processing, spreadsheet, database & Windows skills
Analytical skills to sufficiently assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions
Ability to independently perform all duties of the position efficiently and effectively
Strong communication and training skills, including ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
History of Ethical Conduct
Possession of a computer, phone, and have a reliable internet connection
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Working understanding of the company, customers, programs, products and individual department operations, goals and objectives relating to Computer & Communications Services, preferred
Familiarity updating and upgrading ios and android apps, is a plus
