Responsibilities
Create a visual identity that captures our mission of bringing people together in meaningful ways
Design our color scheme, typography, iconography, and visual elements that make Bizly instantly recognizable
Design product experiences that make users feel welcomed, understood, and excited about gathering with others
Handle everything from brand identity to product interfaces to marketing materials with startup versatility
Use modern AI-powered design tools for rapid exploration, prototyping, and iteration
Create font pairings and icon systems that feel both modern and warmly human
Ensure every design choice reinforces our mission of enriching human connection through in-person gatherings
Qualification
Required
Have 3-5 years of startup design experience with both brand and product design
Are passionate about fonts, iconography, and the subtle details that create emotional connection
Are excited about leveraging AI design tools for rapid prototyping and creative exploration
Have strong UI/UX skills and can design interfaces that feel intuitive and welcoming
Are genuinely interested in the power of in-person gatherings to create human connection
Want to be the creative force behind a brand that helps people come together in meaningful ways
Can work independently while collaborating closely with our scrappy team
