The Construction Project Management Intern will gain real-world exposure to active construction projects and learn how project teams plan, coordinate, and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Shadow Project Engineers to learn how RFIs, submittals, and change orders are prepared, reviewed, and tracked
Participate in project scheduling updates, helping track milestones and progress
Join site walks with Assistant Superintendents to observe daily operations, logistics, and coordination of subcontractors
Gain exposure to safety practices and compliance monitoring on an active jobsite
Assist with quality control observations and documentation of field work
Observe and support subcontractor meetings, owner meetings, and internal project discussions
Learn how construction teams use tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software to manage workflow
Support preparation of project reports, presentations, and updates for clients and internal teams
Experience the process of material coordination, site logistics, and trade management alongside project staff
Contribute to final project closeout tasks, such as gathering as-built drawings or reviewing punch list items
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Strong interest in learning about construction project management and field supervision
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, or scheduling software is a plus
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn in both an office and jobsite environment
Preferred
