InternSTgenetics is looking for an organized, driven and talented individual interested in expanding his or her experience and skills analyzing dairy records and consulting on reproductive and genetics programs on-farm. The role involves collaborating with various teams to analyze dairy records, develop economic models, and work on product development.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical services, sales, genomics, and sales and marketing teammates to analyze dairy records and perform walk-through audits
Develop economic models and value calculators to establish and present value proposition
Collaborate with teams across sales, R&D, and marketing to work in field trials and product development
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a degree in Animal/Dairy Science or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on presentation skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Proficient in some herd management software (i.e. DC305, PCDart, Bovisynch, DHIplus) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
