Responsibilities
Collaborate with quality leadership to create department vision & strategic direction which aligns to the plant & corporate vision
Cascades, monitors & measures strategically aligned objectives to the Quality team
Perform internal & external benchmarking, analysis, target setting, & publishing of key performance indicators (KPI)
Ensures Quality, Food Safety, GMP, & GLP, requirements are implemented & verified for effectiveness across all areas of the brewery
Participate, train, & drive Food Safety initiatives
Represents brewery quality for internal & external stakeholders
Identifies & implements manufacturing process improvement opportunities, supporting RCAs as related to Quality Issues
Supports & delivers on day-to-day quality requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in STEM or 5+ years applicable experience
2+ years demonstrated leadership, coaching, & development experience (direct or indirect)
2+ years of experience in fast paced, dynamic, or high-pressure environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize, & escalate effectively
Ability to provide open & honest feedback that will support growth
Preferred
Applied knowledge/experience operating & maintaining laboratory instrumentation preferred (HPLC, Alcolyzer, Auto-titrator, etc.)
