Responsibilities
Brainstorm with customers to understand current security and engineering processes and identify automation opportunities
Build prototypes tailored to customers on our AI agent platform for demos and proof-of-concepts
Deploy AI agents into customer environments and build integrations to customer data and tools
Collaborate with customers using AI engineering techniques to validate efficacy of the AI agents and demonstrate measurable improvements
Work with our core engineering team to productize prototypes
Document playbooks for customers and contribute to internal knowledge base for best practices and insights from customer engagements to keep enhancing the product
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software, solutions, or customer engineering roles with a strong emphasis on customer facing engagements
Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices such as code review, design review, threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, software supply chain
Hands-on experience building AI/ML-driven applications leveraging large language models (LLMs)
Proven skills in data preparation, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines
Understanding of evaluation metrics, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Proficient with APIs, JSON, and low-code / no-code platforms such as n8n
3+ years of deep fluency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
3+ years architecting and operating solutions in public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
