The Legal Processor position is responsible for progressing files through the foreclosure process, preparing and filing legal documents, and managing client communications regarding file progression.

Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring all client websites and responding to various inquiries. Includes non-routine, complex matters. Ensures complete client satisfaction; accurately relaying status updates of cases and escalating files accordingly
Responds to emails, phone calls and voicemail messages from clients and vendors and responds to basic questions and concerns in a timely manner. Includes review and response to process servers and observing trends and patterns to determine efficacy of vendor’s performance
Runs various reports and ensures accuracy and compliance. Utilizes reports and court docket to track court deadlines and prepare, file and mail documents accordingly
Performs open-source research to identify addresses to be used by process servers
Responsible for assisting in all areas of the department with routine daily functions as necessary
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
High degree of customer service required
Intermediate computer skills required
Error-free data entry skills required
Detail orientation and task prioritization required
Appropriate email etiquette required at all times
Appropriate telephone etiquette required at all times
Ability to multi-task under the pressure of deadlines required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
