Digital Commerce Growth Manager

They are seeking a Digital Commerce Growth Manager to lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing initiatives aimed at driving digital revenue growth and maximizing return on media investment.

Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate/Partnerships, Display, Programmatic, Remarketing, and SEO/GEO initiatives
Manage and guide external partners to ensure strong execution, aligned goals, and optimal results
Grow and optimize the affiliate program by cultivating partnerships and recruiting new creators and publishers
Define audience strategy, benchmarks, and KPIs for new customer acquisition
Build forecasts and manage advertising budgets across all markets
Optimize performance using CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and attribution insights
Analyze performance across analytics platforms and transform data into actionable recommendations
Implement UTMs and ensure proper tracking, tagging, and data integrity across the digital ecosystem
Oversee product feed management to enable strong dynamic advertising
Partner with internal teams, aligning on messaging, creative needs, campaign calendars, and product priorities
Provide insights to inform creative development across ad formats and funnel stages
Tailor campaigns by market — adjusting messaging, assets, and landing pages to reflect regional nuances
Identify and evaluate new media channels and testing opportunities
Stay current with digital trends, platform innovations, and emerging technologies
Establish best practices that advance the performance marketing function
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a deep expertise on acquisition marketing, performance media, and paid channels
2-3 years must be leading campaign strategy and investment planning
Proven record of growing DTC revenue through acquisition marketing
Expertise across acquisition platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, and affiliate networks
Proficient with data tools including Google Analytics, in-platform reporting, and attribution modeling tools
Experience managing significant advertising budgets and making data-led decisions
Ability to synthesize data-driven insights into strategy that supports broader business goals
Preferred
Experience in luxury or premium consumer goods is a plus!
