Cameron-Cole is an independent environmental services firm seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to support contaminated site restoration and remediation projects. The role involves designing remediation systems, developing SPCC plans, and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver regulatory compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

Designing, installing, and overseeing operation of environmental remediation systems
Preparing a certifying spill prevention, control and countermeasures (SPCC) plans
Designing and executing in-situ remediation programs
Evaluating vapor intrusion mitigation options
Ensuring that all plans are accurately followed and adhere to Cameron-Cole guidelines and procedures
Managing assigned projects, including budget tracking, invoice approval, and team management
Participating in the proposal and budget creation process
Writing and preparation of reports and presentations, including tables, charts, and graphs
Providing technical direction and oversight as well as mentoring and training to junior-level staff
Field oversight of subsurface investigations, pilot tests, and other environmental projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Progressive experience with increased responsibility in environmental consulting
Advanced skills in project management are required
Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
Ability to get licensure in CA and/or FL in near term
OSHA HAZWOPR 40-hour (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response)
A valid Driver's License is required
