Respond to calls and texts to answer customer inquiries and book appointments
Recommend add-ons and services to enhance the client’s experience
Manage appointment reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations
Stay knowledgeable about services, products, and artists to answer questions and successfully maximize the schedule
Assist with guest referral emails, social media, and appointment follow up
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proficient in office technologies (slack, teams, outlook, internet, etc.)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
3+ years of customer service experience/retail
Ability to sit and use computers for extended periods
Open office or call center environment - this position requires on-site training
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, salon, or call center environments a plus
