Manager, Billing Systems & Quote-to-Cash
Aspect Software is seeking a Manager of Billing Systems & Q2C Operations to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will own the implementation, administration, optimization and execution of the company’s billing platform and end-to-end Q2C process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of a new Q2C platform
Oversee data migration, validation and end-to-end testing
Manage the initial configuration and define process workflows
Serve as the primary administrator of the company’s billing platform, including configuration, user access, data integrity and system upgrades
Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Evaluate and implement enhancements to support scalability and automation
Manage the full Q2C lifecycle, including quote, billing, collections and revenue recognition handoffs
Ensure processes align with contractual terms, revenue policies and internal controls
Partner with Sales, RevOps and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate and timely handoffs throughout the customer lifecycle including initial sale, expansions and renewals
Develop and enforce standardized processes, policies, controls and documentation for Q2C activities
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Monitor and analyze Q2C KPIs driving continuous improvements
Partner with the Accounting team to ensure billing aligns with revenue recognition requirements
Collaborate with FP&A to provide accurate billing and cash flow forecasting inputs
Align with sales and revops to ensure processes align with GTM strategy and accelerating the sales cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing, finance operations, revenue operations, or related role
SaaS or subscription-based business model required
Hands-on experience implementing and administering quoting, billing and/or ERP systems (e.g. Maxio, Netsuite, SFDC Revenue Cloud, Zuora, etc.)
Knowledge of GAAP, SOX and internal controls
Experience in large, multinational, multi-currency organizations is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner across Finance, IT Sales and Operations
This position will be hybrid, with 2 days in the Denver office a week
