New Grad, Entry LeveleTITLE Agency, Inc. is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual for the position of Account Resolution Analyst. This role involves resolving past due accounts while providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Real Estate
Responsibilities
Make Daily inbound and outbound calls
Return all voicemails and respond to emails
Resolve customer delinquency
Retain all customer communication efforts via the internal system of record ensuring that all communications are documented accurately
Prepare payment in full, settlement letters and payment plan agreements for approval
Review performance reports to evaluate productivity and achieve individual and team commitments
Any assignments given by management
Qualification
Required
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to overcome objection
Attention to detail and Organized
Proficient in Microsoft
Preferred
Previous Collections Experience or Customer service
