Responsibilities

Conduct detailed account research to support ABM campaigns, identifying key contacts, organizational structures, buying signals, and business priorities
Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, company 10-K reports, and other sources to understand target companies’ strategies, challenges, and technology environments
Develop personalized outreach that resonates with key decision-makers by identifying commonalities (shared connections or interests) between CYPHER LEARNING team members and target accounts to create authentic connection points
Craft compelling, insight-based messages that address the specific pain points of each account
Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social channels to establish relationships with key stakeholder prospects
Qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns and determine their fit within targeted ABM segments
Schedule meetings or discovery calls between qualified prospects and Sales Executives
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align ABM strategies, account insights, and campaign messaging
Track all research, outreach activities, and engagement insights in CRM tools for visibility and collaboration
Maintain a consistent feedback loop with Sales Managers/AEs and Marketing to refine account selection and messaging strategies

Required

5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles
Proven success in account-based prospecting and research-driven outreach
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales pipeline goals
Strong ability to analyze company financial reports (10-Ks) and extract actionable insights for sales strategy
Proficiency in ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a strategic mindset

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales preferred
